Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
It is not down to us if you have ordered the wrong part, please check that the part you have ordered will work for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging unopened.

To complete your return, we require a Proof of Purchase such as a copy of the Invoice.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
There is a 10% re-stocking fee on goods ordered in era.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded.
